Yin Yoga & Reiki Healing

Yin Yoga, a grounding practice balances the energy flowing through the meridiens with longer holds in supported postures. "It is yoga for the joints, not the muscles". Gentle flowing warmups are followed by long held supported poses that center around the hips and low back. During postures, we move around providing hands-on Reiki healing.  Private sessions are typically 1 hour. Workshops are 90 min. or longer.

 

 

   

Restorative Yoga & Reiki

Restorative Yoga, brings students into fully supported, passive postures; reclined, seated or belly down, the only activity is conscious breathing and a willingness to let the Yoga do the work. During 8-10 minute holds, we move around providing hands-on Reiki healing.  Private sessions are typically 1 hour. Workshops are 90 min. or longer.
